Terms of service
1. Our service
Meridian Residential Housekeeping provides domestic cleaning and housekeeping services in Canary Wharf and surrounding areas. Quotes shown online are estimates based on the information you provide; the final price is confirmed before your first visit.
2. Bookings & payment
Bookings are confirmed once payment is completed through our payment provider, Stripe. Regular visits are billed after each visit unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel a visit free of charge more than 48 hours before midnight at the start of your booking date, London time. Cancellations at or after this cutoff may be charged in full.
4. Keys & access
Where you entrust us with keys, they are tagged without your address, stored securely and logged on every use. We will agree access arrangements with you or your building's concierge in advance.
5. Liability
We are fully insured. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of the visit. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
